Pacific International English College (Established in 1997)
is located in the center of beautiful downtown Victoria with
two full time adult campuses open year round and a third summer
youth campus open in July and August. Victoria is a clean,
safe and friendly tourist city with the mildest climate in
all of Canada. Victoria is an ideal city to learn English
since there are very few international students. PPIEC has
adult intensive ESL all levels, summer youth intensive ESL
all levels, High School and Academic Preparation, TOEFL, TOEIC,
Business English and our TESL Canada recognized Teacher Training
Diploma Programs. PPIEC has an international Student Residence/Dormitory
Manor and we offer Homestay Programs. PPIEC has weekly extra
curricular activities year round as well as student services
and free academic and high school counselling services.
